About JD Hostetter
JD Hostetter & Associates remains to be one of the most innovative home improvement companies in the industry in the area of customer service.
In 2004 we launched an online "schedule" for exterior painting projects where our customers could simply log onto our website at jdhostetter.com and on a daily basis see exactly where they were positioned on the painting schedule and monitor when they were coming up so that they could plan for our crews to show up and complete their painting job.
In 2005 We began the production of our DVD series that allows our customers to view videos of actual on the job filming of various projects so that they can see our crews at work and learn a little bit about certain specifics as it pertains to different types of home improvement projects that they might be in need of on their homes.
Although the filming of the DVD series was shot over a three year period, it still shows some specific proceeedures that JD Hostetter & Associates follow to this day with the exception of some warranty specific areas that may have changed in order to make sure that every customer that hires JD Hostetter & Associates is assured that the manufactureres warranty guidleines are followed in order for their customers to be covered in the event of a product failure.
In 2010 JD Hostetter & Associates decided to take the hassle of their customers having to take the time out of their busy schedule to drive to a showroom to view various products on display such as Windows, Siding, Roofing, Gutters and Painting.
They introduced the "Showroom To Your Door" concept by creating a mobile showroom that they take out on every appointment when requested so that their customers can view various products on display.
All of our lives seem to be more busy by the week. Work appointments, children's activities, sporting events, as well as furthering education for ourselves in these unsettled times in order to just maintain our lifestyles. If they can save their customers time in having to plan another event during the busy weekly schedule, then why not offer a "Showroom To Your Door" to help ease that time of having to run around looking at samples here and there at different companies in order to pick out samples for the home improvement project that you are in need of!
JD Hostetter & Associates will remain conscious of their customer's needs and are constantly striving to create an easier enviornment for that seemingly unpleasant way of maintaining and beautifying their homes.
We believe that there is a universal law that says if you treat others honestly and fairly, it will come back to reward you ten times over in a positive way. We also believe that there is a universal law that says if you treat others dishonestly and unfairly, that it too will come back to reward you ten times over in a negative way.
