I believe that there is a universal law that says if you treat others honestly and fairly, it will come back to reward you ten times over in a positive way. I also believe that there is a universal law that says if you treat others dishonestly and unfairly, that it too will come back to reward you ten times over in a negative way.
Our goal at JD Hostetter & Associates is to treat every customer honestly and fairly. It is humanly impossible to be 100% accurate 100% of the time. However, it is humanly possible to try to correct your inaccuracies 100% of the time.
We are a company that is made up of human beings. As the founder of this company, I pledge to deliver an honest and fair service to every customer that will give us the opportunity to serve them. If we make a mistake and we will, we will go over and above to the best of our ability to correct that mistake and at the end of the day, we will have won many friends.
