If you have ever fallen victim to a hail storm then you have probably experienced the 10-15 knocks on your door a day from someone with a quickly made up flyer telling you that they are there to help you replace your roof.
If you haven't yet experienced that then chances are one day you will. My suggestion is that you look real close at what state their license plate is from.
Within 8 hours of the last hail storm that we experienced in Indianapolis, people from all over the country were here knocking on doors and flooding the neighborhoods with yard signs.
Once the storm was cleaned up they were gone. In most cases so was your warranty!
We live here, our kids go to school here, and most importantly your warranty is here.
Installing a roof in Indiana is totally different than installing a roof in Texas. The underlayment is different, the fastening materials are different, etc.
Whether it's a storm or simply age, it really does make a difference on who and how your roof is installed.
